No. Bazardo is exclusively a B2B wholesale platform. All pricing is net (excluding VAT) and assumes resale. We do not accept private consumer orders.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen of the Bazardo app. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions. If you continue to have trouble, contact us directly at b2b@bazardo.de.
Yes. You can log in to the Bazardo app on iOS and Android. Each login session is secured with a unique token. Logging in on a new device will revoke previous sessions for security.
Every product has its own minimum order quantity and step increment, which are clearly shown in the app before you add items to your cart. Examples:
- Baseball-Cap: min. 12 units (Standard) / 60 units (Volume)
- Kinder-Fußball: min. 10 units (Standard) / 50 units (Volume)
- Badminton-Set: min. 6 sets (Standard) / 24 sets (Volume)
- Tennisbälle: min. 12 packs (Standard) / 60 packs (Volume)
The quantity stepper in the app enforces the correct step increment automatically.
Bazardo offers two pricing tiers per product:
- Tier 1 (Standard): Lower minimum quantity, slightly higher unit price.
- Tier 2 (Volume): Higher minimum quantity, better unit price — ideal for high-turnover lines.
You choose which tier applies when adding a product to your cart. Both tiers are shown simultaneously in the product detail screen so you can compare before deciding.
All prices displayed in the Bazardo app are net prices (netto), excluding VAT. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Yes. During checkout you can add a free-text note to your order — for example a delivery time preference or a reference number for your own records. This note is visible to our fulfilment team.
Yes. In the Orders tab of the app, tap any completed order and select "Reorder". This creates a new cart with the same items at the current prices and stock levels. You can adjust quantities before confirming.
Bazardo currently carries three main categories:
- Kinderspielzeug — Outdoor toys (footballs, basketballs, frisbees), learning games (memory, wooden puzzles), and creative sets (modelling clay, art sets)
- Sport & Spiel — Ball sports equipment (tennis balls, baseball sets, volleyball) and outdoor sport sets (badminton, frisbees)
- Mode & Accessoires — Headwear (baseball caps, knit hats), scarves & neck gaiters, and umbrellas (compact and full-size)
Real-time stock levels are displayed on each product's detail screen in the app. If your requested quantity exceeds available stock, you will receive an error at checkout — the platform will not allow over-ordering.
Yes. Many products have multiple variants — for example, the Baseball-Cap comes in Black and Navy; the Kinder-Fußball in Size 3 and Size 4. Each variant has its own article number, stock level, and pricing. You order variants individually.
Bazardo currently delivers within Germany. Delivery to other EU countries may be available — contact us at b2b@bazardo.de to discuss your requirements.
All orders are visible in the Orders tab of the app with one of the following statuses:
- Pending — received, awaiting processing
- Accepted — confirmed by our team
- Processing — being picked and packed
- Finished — dispatched / completed
- Returned / Cancelled — as applicable
